**Job Overview**: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Online Bidder to join our business development team. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of digital marketing services to effectively pitch and close deals with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids for digital marketing projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through online channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Work with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.
- Continuously improve bidding strategies and proposal quality based on client feedback and market trends.

**Requiremetns**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
