**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities on various online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Prepare and submit detailed, competitive, and well-crafted proposals in response to client requirements.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the bidding process to understand their needs and expectations.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads, manage the pipeline, and close deals effectively.
- Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Monitor and report on the status of ongoing bids and clients, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Ensure bids are aligned with the company’s capabilities, pricing strategy, and market trends.
- Track competitor activities and market dynamics to improve bidding strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an online bidder or in a similar sales/business development role.
- Strong knowledge of various online freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and create customized proposals.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in handling international clients.
- Previous experience in web development, design, or digital marketing industries is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
