Job Description: We are looking for a skilled online bidder to join our team and generate business through online platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. The online bidder will be responsible for creating proposals, bidding on projects, and winning projects for our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the client's requirements and develop proposals accordingly
- He/She would be responsible for bidding of Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Game Development, and Digital Marketing projects.
- Bid on projects and ensure that they align with the company's goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and respond to their queries
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis and maintain long-term relationships with them
- Track project progress and report to the management team
- Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for the company
- Work collaboratively with the team members to achieve common goals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an online bidder on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sound knowledge of market trends and online bidding processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
