The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and acquiring clients through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a solid understanding of digital marketing or IT service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) and other channels.
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer relevant solutions.
- Manage the complete bidding cycle—from lead generation to proposal submission and client conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure accurate project estimation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize conversion rates.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in online bidding or business development (preferred in IT/Digital Marketing).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Experience with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to write clear, compelling proposals and client communication.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, or SaaS-based services is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Proposal success rate (conversion ratio).
- Monthly revenue generated through bids.
- Client retention and satisfaction rate.
