We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Online Bidder to join our team and contribute to our business development efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and analyze potential business opportunities through online platforms such as freelancing websites, bidding portals, and other online marketplaces.
- Create compelling and persuasive bid proposals, tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and insights necessary for proposal creation.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential clients and projects.
- Engage in client discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups to secure new projects.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar business development role.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive proposals.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the [industry/niche] and understanding of client needs.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and project management tools.
**Salary**: ₹9,467.62 - ₹43,810.74 per month
