**Job Discription**:
SG Gurukul, a leading digital marketing company based in Indore, is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and securing projects through online platforms and channels. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through effective bidding strategies and client engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients and projects through online platforms such as freelancing websites, job portals, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies for bidding on projects, optimizing bid responses, and maximizing win rates.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scopes with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on bidding activities, pipeline development, and project acquisition metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the digital marketing industry, with a successful track record of securing projects and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, services, and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru, with a demonstrated ability to navigate these platforms and win projects.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
