**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
- Prepare compelling proposals, tailored to the specific needs of each client, showcasing our services and expertise.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, proposals, and contracts for future reference and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in a digital marketing or IT services company.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and delivering quality service.
