We are looking for a **motivated and enthusiastic Online Bidder / Business Development Executive** who can help us expand our client base through online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
- Write effective and customized project proposals to attract potential clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and share project details with the technical team.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical team to align project goals and client needs.
- Keep track of bids, negotiations, and client communications in a structured format.

**Required Skills -**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Basic understanding of IT services like website development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bids and clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

**Eligibility -**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
