Job Description: As an Online Bidder at SG Gurukul, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities through online platforms and marketplaces. Your role involves bidding on projects, proposals, and tenders, and effectively communicating SG Gurukul's value proposition to potential clients.**Must give one year to the organization.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bid Management**:

- Identify relevant online platforms, such as freelancing websites, job portals, and bidding platforms, to find potential projects and opportunities.
- Review project requirements, scope, and deadlines to determine suitability and feasibility for SG Gurukul.
- Prepare and submit well-crafted bids, proposals, and quotations in response to project invitations and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- **Client Communication**:

- Present SG Gurukul's services, solutions, and capabilities to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deliverables to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Follow up on submitted bids and proposals to address client feedback, objections, or additional requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to adapt bidding strategies accordingly.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client preferences, and competitor strategies in the online bidding space.
- Analyze past bidding performance, win rates, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team on potential business development opportunities and bidding strategies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of bid submissions, client interactions, and project details using CRM or project management tools.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on bidding activities, project pipelines, and conversion rates for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to streamline bid processes and enhance coordination.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in online bidding, sales, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of successfully winning bids and securing projects through online platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve targets.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
