SGGurukul's Digital Marketing Division is looking for a skilled and ambitious Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities through online bidding platforms and channels. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, research, and evaluate potential business opportunities through online bidding platforms, freelancing websites, and other digital channels.
- Create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations that effectively communicate our services, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Monitor online bidding platforms and market trends to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and industry developments.
- Track and manage the entire bid process from initial lead identification to contract negotiation and project kickoff, ensuring timely submission of bids and proposals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client requirements, project specifications, and competitor offerings to tailor proposals and solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines with clients to secure profitable deals that align with company objectives and financial targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 experience in online bidding, business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations that resonate with clients and differentiate our offerings.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to develop winning bid strategies.
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
