Key Responsibilities:

- Create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations that effectively communicate our services, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Monitor online bidding platforms and market trends to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and industry developments.
- Track and manage the entire bid process from initial lead identification to contract negotiation and project kickoff, ensuring timely submission of bids and proposals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client requirements, project specifications, and competitor offerings to tailor proposals and solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines with clients to secure profitable deals that align with company objectives and financial targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 experience in online bidding, business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations that resonate with clients and differentiate our offerings.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to develop winning bid strategies.
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
