**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients and projects through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Create compelling proposals, bids, and responses to client requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and client engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, scope, and deliverables, and coordinate proposal development accordingly.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive in the market.
- Track and report on key metrics, including bid success rate, revenue generated, and client feedback, to assess performance and inform business decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team on strategies to optimize the online bidding process and improve overall business development efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and their functionalities, with a track record of winning projects and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and engage clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.
- **Willingness to commit to a one-year term with the company.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
