**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by collaborating with internal teams and understanding client requirements.
- Generate leads through various online platforms such as freelance websites, social media, and other channels.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and follow up with clients to convert leads into contracts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an online bidder.
- Proven track record of successfully securing projects through online bidding platforms.
- Strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to prepare accurate proposals and bids.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in client relationship management and business development is preferred.
