We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our team and contribute to our business growth by securing new projects through various online platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
- Prepare compelling and customized proposals based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their project needs, budget, and timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing industry.
- Maintain detailed records of all bid submissions, client interactions, and project outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the bidding process and increase success rates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years Proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
