**About the Role**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Bidder to join our growing team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying and securing online bidding opportunities for our business across various freelancing platforms and online marketplaces. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring the success of our online bidding efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify relevant bidding opportunities on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others.
- Create and submit compelling proposals for potential clients, addressing their requirements and showcasing the company's expertise.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project needs, negotiate terms, and clarify any doubts.
- Maintain a pipeline of active bids and track the progress of each proposal, following up as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to increase the likelihood of winning bids and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align bids with company capabilities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay updated and gain a competitive edge in online bidding.
- Ensure high-quality documentation of all bidding activities, including proposal submissions, client interactions, and project outcomes.
- Assist with post-bid client communication, including contract negotiations and project kick-off.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online bidding, sales, or business development, preferably in the digital or IT services sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of popular freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of project management tools and practices.
- Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and digital advertising.
- Ability to use CRM tools for tracking and managing client interactions.
