**Job Description: Online Bidder (1-2 Years of Experience in IT)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Bidding**:

- Identify potential clients and projects through freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on proposals to maximize conversion rates.
- **Client Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial phases.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team to propose the best solutions.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in the IT domain.
- Keep track of competitor activities on bidding platforms.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Business Development team to strategize bidding approaches.
- Collaborate with the technical team to draft accurate estimations for timelines and budgets.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain records of bids, conversions, and client feedback.
- Provide periodic reports on bidding performance to management.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using freelancing and bidding platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of project estimation and IT project lifecycle.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role in the IT sector.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
