**Job Title: Business Developer (Online Bidder) -**

**Experienced**

**Key Responsibilities**:* Generate new business via online platforms like Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Freelancer.* Conduct cold calls to explore new business opportunities and interact with potential clients.* Develop an in-depth understanding of client requirements and identify new business opportunities.* Manage client communication throughout the bidding, negotiation, and acquisition process.* Qualify leads and identify high-potential opportunities based on project scope and budget.* Maintain and enhance your profile to secure positive client ratings on freelance platforms.* Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and competitor offerings.* Track and report on key metrics related to bidding activity and project acquisition.* Provide initial consultations and project scoping for potential clients.* Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure proposals align with company branding.* Develop and submit detailed proposals for various projects on online platforms.* Analyze client requirements and suggest the best solutions to meet their business needs.* Utilize social media effectively to generate sales leads and expand the company's network.* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:* Proven experience with bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Elance, and Guru.* Strong ability to generate projects, communicate with clients, and create compelling proposals.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Sound knowledge of IT terminologies and services, particularly web development. Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development.* Expertise in client negotiation, contract terms (payment and deadlines), and closing deals.* Strong business development skills with a flair for identifying new opportunities.* Experience in market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends.* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical and marketing teams.

Pay: ₹9,013.05 - ₹35,000.00 per month
