As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for managing and placing bids on online platforms to help secure projects and drive business growth. Your expertise will help position us strategically within competitive marketplaces and support our overall sales strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bid Management**: Monitor various online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru) to identify relevant projects and opportunities. Prepare and submit high-quality bids for both short-term and long-term projects.
- **Proposal Creation**: Develop compelling, customized proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring clear communication of deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and emerging markets to maximize bidding opportunities.
- **Negotiate Terms**: Collaborate with clients on project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that bids are competitive while maintaining profitability.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Performance Tracking**: Keep track of bid success rates, client feedback, and project progress to refine bidding strategies and improve future proposals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project management teams to align bidding strategies with company goals and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in online bidding or sales, ideally within [industry, e.g., IT, design, marketing, etc.].
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
- Familiarity with popular online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, error-free proposals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of pricing strategies and market research.
