**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Online Bidder/ Business Development Execuive(BDE)** to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, prepare winning proposals, and help drive revenue growth through online platforms and client partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads through online bidding platforms (**Upwork**, Freelancer, etc.) and other channels.
- Draft persuasive proposals and follow up to close deals successfully.
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project and revenue goals.
- Stay up to date with market and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in **Business Development**, **Lead Generation**, or **Online Bidding**.
- Strong skills in **Client Engagement** and **Account Management**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business**, **Marketing**, or a related field.
- Experience in **IT Services**, **Cloud Solutions**, or **Salesforce Consulting** preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of bidding platforms like **Upwork** and **Freelancer**.
