**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Bidding**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Write tailored proposals, responding to project requirements and demonstrating the company’s capabilities.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert bids into successful business deals.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with prospective clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and budget.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure continued business and repeat projects.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Conduct research to identify trends, demands, and opportunities in the online marketplace.
- Develop effective bidding strategies to win projects and increase revenue.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Collaborate with the internal team (designers, developers, project managers, etc.) to understand deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals based on client needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**:

- Negotiate project terms, prices, and timelines with clients to secure contracts.
- Ensure the timely closure of deals and contracts while maintaining client satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Track and report bidding activity, project progress, and client feedback.
- Document all correspondence and bids in CRM or other tracking tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online bidding, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling proposals and business correspondence.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of project management and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with website development, design, and IT-related services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in SEO, digital marketing, and web development services.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear proposals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
