**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bid Management**:

- Identify relevant projects on online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Write customized proposals and craft bid strategies to secure projects.
- Ensure that bids are competitive and tailored to client requirements.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project requirements.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- **Negotiation**:

- Negotiate project terms, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure that agreed terms meet both client and company expectations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and project management, to provide accurate information and secure projects.
- Share feedback on client preferences and market trends with the team to help improve future proposals and strategies.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Continuously optimize bidding strategies to improve the win rate.
- **Reporting & Tracking**:

- Maintain detailed records of all bids and communications with clients.
- Track the status of ongoing projects and follow up as necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online bidding, preferably on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Familiarity with various business sectors (e.g., IT, design, marketing, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
