**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Bidder to join our team. The Online Bidder will be responsible for managing and placing bids on online platforms (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding websites) to secure new projects for the company. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of various industries, and the ability to write persuasive proposals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential projects on various online bidding platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries and submit bids on relevant projects in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop customized and engaging proposals that address the specific needs and requirements of each project.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor bidding platforms for new opportunities and keep track of ongoing bids and proposals.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deadlines with clients while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, designers, developers) to ensure the accurate representation of service offerings in bids.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance bidding strategies.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the organization.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online bidding or sales, preferably in the IT, web development, design, or marketing sectors.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and negotiate effectively.
- Experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc., is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, or design services is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- A basic understanding of project management is advantageous.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on securing business through proposals.
- Familiarity with CRM software or project management tools.
