Role Description

We are seeking a highly organised and deadline-driven Bids Manager with at least 5 years' experience managing end-to-end proposal processes.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida.
You will serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring bid submissions are timely, compliant, and professionally presented. Your role will help drive winning outcomes through meticulous attention to detail and proactive coordination.

Qualifications

  • Experience in bid preparation and bid management
  • Proficiency in bid writing and proposal management
  • Knowledge of bid processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Relevant experience in the market research industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
