Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, cold calling, setting up meetings, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through market research, databases, and networking.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Initiate contact with decision-makers to present company services and solutions.
- Schedule meetings with potential leads and coordinate presentations or demos.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure recurring business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead conversion targets.
- Maintain records of all interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead-generation strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, meetings scheduled, and conversion progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain persistence.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and internet research.
