
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of experience in IT sales, software solutions, or SaaS. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Solutions, AI, ERP, SaaS, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calls, networking, and B2B platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for IT solutions.
- Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Understand client business needs and propose relevant IT solutions.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with support from the technical team.
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and technical teams.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging IT needs.
- Share feedback with management to improve services and pricing strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in CRM tools.
- Submit weekly/monthly progress reports to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
