Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to handle both marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate will promote our services, generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, email campaigns, blogs, and website content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and brochures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Business Development: Generate leads and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with growth objectives.
- Track and maintain client interactions and business opportunities in CRM systems.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
- Support strategy development to expand client base and revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in IT/data consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Creative, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
