We're hiring Business Development Executive(BDE) / Sales Executive (IT).
Qualification: BBA, MBA in Marketing, and any other Bachelor's or Master's degree with the required knowledge.
Experience: 0-3Years
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Interview Mode: Walk-in for Bhubaneswar location and rest are virtual.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update a sales pipeline and CRM system to track progress and manage customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and represent the company.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Salary- 12k- 20k
Incentives will be provided as per the no. of target clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
