We're hiring Business Development Executive(BDE) / Sales Executive (IT).

Qualification: BBA, MBA in Marketing, and any other Bachelor's or Master's degree with the required knowledge.

Experience: 0-3Years

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Interview Mode: Walk-in for Bhubaneswar location and rest are virtual.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update a sales pipeline and CRM system to track progress and manage customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and represent the company.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Salary- 12k- 20k

Incentives will be provided as per the no. of target clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
