Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote company products and services to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
- Collaborate with the internal sales, operations, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for payments, renewals, and feedback.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new trends.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events (if required).
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with strong time management ability
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and business developmen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
