**Job Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our services and brand.
- Continuously strive to enhance knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
