Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and generate leads for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, activations, and brand promotions.
  • Pitch event services to prospective clients through presentations, proposals, and meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regular follow-ups with clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and align event concepts/solutions accordingly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential client segments.
  • Develop strategies to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Explore tie-ups, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance business.

4. Coordination & Execution Support:

  • Work closely with the event management, creative, and production teams to ensure client deliverables.
  • Provide inputs on budgets, timelines, and resources during project planning.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations team.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.
  • Maintain client database and track business growth metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
