
Business Development executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and generate leads for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, activations, and brand promotions.
- Pitch event services to prospective clients through presentations, proposals, and meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regular follow-ups with clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and align event concepts/solutions accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
3. Market Research & Strategy:
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential client segments.
- Develop strategies to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Explore tie-ups, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance business.
4. Coordination & Execution Support:
- Work closely with the event management, creative, and production teams to ensure client deliverables.
- Provide inputs on budgets, timelines, and resources during project planning.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations team.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.
- Maintain client database and track business growth metrics.
