About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to drive growth and partnerships across government, corporate, and entertainment sectors. The role demands strong relationship-building, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the events and talent ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and coordinate with government officials, corporate agencies, and brands for event collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in events, artist management, and brand activations.
Handle artist deals (exclusive and non-exclusive) and manage coordination with internal teams.
Achieve monthly business and sales targets as defined by management.
Represent Talentwala in pitch meetings, events, and industry networking sessions.
Travel across multiple cities in Odisha for meetings and event-related work.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
2-3 Years of Experience in Business Development/Sales in any reputed Event Management Agency.
Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-based environment with proven results.
Must be willing to work from office and travel within Odisha as required.
Energetic, self-driven, and professional approach to work.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30am to 7:30pm
Location - Capital City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
