Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase admissions and brand visibility.
- Generate leads through online/offline marketing, telecalling, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and corporate partners for tie-ups.
- Conduct counseling sessions and explain course details, career prospects, and institute advantages to potential students and parents.
- Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Plan and participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and events.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up effectively through CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement digital campaigns and offline promotions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and market feedback.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
