Job Title - Zonal Head
Location - Delhi
Salary - 90k to 1.20 lakh per month
Experience - 10 years max
Education - Master's or MBA is often preferred
Job Summary:
The Zonal Head is a senior leadership role responsible for the development and execution of store opening and sales strategies within a designated geographic zone or region. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives for the specific region.
2.Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team, including city master franchise, area managers, and business development team.
3.Sales Target Achievement:
Ensure that sales per store is achieved and KPIs are met or exceeded within the designated zone or region.
4.Distribution Management:
Oversee the distribution network and logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products or services to Franchisees.
5.Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes through research and analysis.
6.Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales and development performance, market trends, and regional insights to inform senior management.
7.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the designated region.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA is often preferred).
2.Proven experience in business development leadership roles.
3.Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills.
4.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
5.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
