Job Summary:

The North Zone Head will be responsible for driving and managing the complete sales and marketing operations across all North Indian states. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep industry knowledge—especially within the ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) sector. The person will lead a high-performing sales team, expand market presence, build strong channel relationships, and ensure target achievement for the North Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the North Zone.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance across all territories and states.

2. Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the team of BDMs, ASMs, and on-ground sales staff.
  • Ensure team productivity, goal alignment, and performance improvement.
  • Conduct regular review meetings, training, and field visits.

3. Channel Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, stockists, and fabricators.
  • Identify and appoint distributors in potential markets.
  • Ensure proper channel support, credit management, and smooth supply chain coordination.

4. Marketing & Branding

  • Implement regional marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Support brand visibility initiatives such as events, architect visits, fabricator meetings, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities.

5. Customer & Architect Relationship Management

  • Engage with architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants.
  • Drive project conversions by presenting ACP product ranges and technical advantages.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

6. Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structure, and sales processes.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order execution.
  • Submit timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12
    –15 years of experience
    in the ACP industry or building materials sector.
  • Proven track record of leading zonal or regional sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of ACP products, dealer networks, and fabricator ecosystem.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the North Zone.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
