Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Head located in Delhi. The Regional Business Head will be responsible for overseeing business operations in the designated region, developing and implementing business strategies, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales and distribution, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves regular market visits, analyzing market trends, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Management, and Market Analysis
  • Strong leadership skills, team management, and ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of the local market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the food production industry is a 15 to 20 yrs
  • He will be responsible for General Trade Sales for north region states.
