Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Head to join our dynamic team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growthparticularly in the flexible packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as FMCG, retail, food & beverage, and e-commerce.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored packaging solutions.
- Act as the escalation point for key client concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging market demands.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and key insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teamsincluding production, logistics, and product developmentto ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Leverage data analytics and CRM tools to identify trends, track KPIs, and refine sales strategies.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 20+ years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of packaging market dynamics, client needs, and competitor landscape.
- Proven ability to achieve a minimum of 500 tons of sales monthly in flexible packaging.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and business development.
