Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the redevelopment of our website, spearheading our lead generation efforts, setting product pricing strategies, creating compelling product datasheets, managing our social media platforms, representing our company at expos, and conducting marketing studies for international sales expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Redevelopment: Lead the overhaul of the company website, ensuring it reflects our brand, showcases our products effectively, and provides a user-friendly experience.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement innovative strategies to generate high-quality leads, focusing on maximizing ROI and expanding our customer base.
  • Product Pricing: Strategize and set competitive pricing for our products, considering market trends, demand, and production costs.
  • Product Datasheets: Oversee the creation and updating of informative and engaging product datasheets that highlight the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Social Media Marketing: Lead our social media marketing campaigns, engaging with our audience, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.
  • Expo Participation: Coordinate and manage our participation in industry expos and trade shows, showcasing our products and networking with industry professionals.
  • International Market Study: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new market opportunities and understand international sales trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) and Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the lighting, aviation or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing tools, strategies, and leading industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive marketing strategies that generate results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Ability to travel as needed for expos, client meetings, and market research.
