Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Head to lead our Hospitals and Retail Division for the North region, based in Delhi. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth across a wide range of products, achieving sales targets of ₹2–3 Crores per month, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Hospital and Retail Sales teams for the North Division.
  • Drive achievement of monthly sales targets (₹2–3 Crores) and ensure annual revenue goals are met.
  • Develop strategies to expand market presence across hospitals, retail pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase product penetration.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of experienced professionals with proven expertise in Hospitals and Retail sales.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to achieve set goals.
  • Ensure effective supply chain coordination to maintain product availability in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital administrators, retail partners, and stakeholders.
  • Regularly review sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration (preferred)
  • .10+ years of sales leadership experience in Pharma / Healthcare sector, with proven success in Hospitals and Retail channels
  • .Strong business acumen with expertise in achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets
  • .Established network of hospital contacts and retail distributors in North India
  • .Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • .Ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
