- Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine, especially tandoor cooking (breads, kebabs, and tikkas).
- Understanding of tandoor operations, temperature control, and marination techniques.
- Familiarity with food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP).
- Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards accurately.
- Skill in handling kitchen equipment and maintaining the tandoor oven.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn from senior chefs.
- Physically fit to work long hours and in hot kitchen environments.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintains high standards of grooming and personal hygiene.
