**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Commis 2** to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will assist with food preparation and support senior chefs, providing an excellent opportunity to build your culinary skills in a professional setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help prepare ingredients, including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking tasks.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
- Properly store, label, and manage food items.
- Learn and adhere to kitchen safety and operational standards.
- Assist in producing high-quality dishes as directed by the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork-oriented mindset.

**Work Conditions**:

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate physical tasks.
