Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As an inside sales associate you would focus on the early part of the business development cycle, such as researching target leads, and converting them into prospects.
  • Gain in-depth functional knowledge of assigned products and map to potential client needs. Identifying potential customers through market research and outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Research target leads and key decision-makers.
  • Making calls and sending emails to potential clients to introduce new products and services. Follow-up and secure the first initiation meeting / discover call.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales progress and customer information using CRM software / Excel.
  • Act as a representative of the company at industry events, conferences, etc.
  • Any other roles and responsibilities as may be suggested by the Manager & Department Head.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates / Professional Degree-holders desirous of a career in Business Development.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, market research and inside sales (internship counts)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized and meet deadlines.
