Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing leads, executing sales strategies, and closing deals. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, conducting sales presentations, providing product knowledge to clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure sales goals are met. The role also involves maintaining CRM systems to track interactions and follow-up with prospective clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development
  • Mandatory experience in IT Resource Augmentation / Contract Staffing Sales
  • Exposure to IT / Software Services (Domestic Market)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong network and connections with CXO-level professionals

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and data mining
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers across industries
  • Engage with customers daily to position ECX technology offerings
  • Execute marketing activities, including callouts, campaigns, and follow-ups
  • Ensure quick and accurate responses to customer queries, quotations, and requests
  • Handle proposal sharing, order processing, and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain and update customer and contact information in the CRM
  • Present IT services and enterprise software solutions to clients
  • Plan and execute lead generation strategies to achieve sales goals
