We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive / Manager to join our dynamic team at Asian Heart Hospital. As an Inside Sales Executive / Manager, you will play a crucial role in the conversion of sales leads, nurturing relationships with health-seeking opinion leaders, and promoting hospital services through effective inside sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads generated from various online and digital sources including email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
- Should be sensitive and compassionate as most of the callers would be heart patients.
- Should be well-versed in the inside sales conversion process.
- Should be organized and systematic to handle a bulk load of queries.
- Should be aware of tools like Inside sales CRM, and business whats app.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential patients to understand their needs and promote hospital services effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track interactions with prospects, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical services industry.
- Strong sales aptitude with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare services, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
