Job Description:

Telecaller – Inside Sales Role Title: Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) Department: Inside Sales Role Objective: To connect with school decision-makers, qualify interest, and book appointmentsfor the BDE team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to schools from CRM-provided data

  • Pitch the value of Marcos Quay programs and schedule meetings

  • Follow up with warm leads and support BDEs with reminders

  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM

  • Support digital outreach (email, WhatsApp) as required

Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience

  • Fluent communication in English and regional language

  • Target-oriented with persistence and good listening skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
