Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Week off on Monday)

Work Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales conversions.

You will play a key role in achieving our sales targets by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting tailored program solutions, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable program recommendations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide insights on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
