Inside Sales Executive

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote services and engage potential customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to network and showcase company services.
- Participate in regular training sessions to keep up-to-date with industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management on potential improvements in service offerings.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company services, pricing, and operational capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or freight forwarding.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
