Compensation

  • Inside Sales Executive: ₹3 – 4 LPA
  • Sales Manager: ₹5 – 6 LPA (10% variable)
  • Incentives: 2–3% of target achievement

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales for digital transformation, digital onboarding, and automation solutions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Inside Sales Executive (0–2 years experience)

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals remotely via phone and email.
  • Conduct outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries effectively.
  • Explain product features and maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (spoken and written English).
  • Strong rapport-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Market knowledge and a pleasant, professional personality.

Sales Manager (1–3 years experience)

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, AI, or Automation solutions.
  • Understanding of the BFSI technology landscape and enterprise buying processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Senior Sales Manager (4+ years experience)

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in enterprise solution sales within SaaS, AI, or automation domains.
  • Deep understanding of the BFSI industry and digital transformation needs.
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships and closing large deals.
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior sales team members.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and achieve revenue targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
