Compensation
- Inside Sales Executive: ₹3 – 4 LPA
- Sales Manager: ₹5 – 6 LPA (10% variable)
- Incentives: 2–3% of target achievement
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for digital transformation, digital onboarding, and automation solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Inside Sales Executive (0–2 years experience)
Responsibilities
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals remotely via phone and email.
- Conduct outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries effectively.
- Explain product features and maintain accurate customer databases.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (spoken and written English).
- Strong rapport-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Market knowledge and a pleasant, professional personality.
Sales Manager (1–3 years experience)
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, AI, or Automation solutions.
- Understanding of the BFSI technology landscape and enterprise buying processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Senior Sales Manager (4+ years experience)
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise solution sales within SaaS, AI, or automation domains.
- Deep understanding of the BFSI industry and digital transformation needs.
- Demonstrated success in building client relationships and closing large deals.
- Leadership skills to mentor junior sales team members.
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and achieve revenue targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
