Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Inside Sales position located in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Inside Sales professional will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales. They will also manage sales records, handle inbound and outbound calls, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sales records and handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the industrial or electrical industry is a plus
