Job Summary
CredenTek Software & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an ambitious, confident, and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to help grow our customer base. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, taking appointments, and nurturing strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, professional, and skilled in communication and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Take appointments through phone, email, and digital communication channels
- Demonstrate products and services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth coordination
- Use CRM tools effectively for tracking interactions and follow-ups
- Stay updated with market trends and company product knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, Retail technology landscape, and enterprise buying processes
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Skilled in LinkedIn, Canva, and various social media platforms for lead generation
- Pleasant personality with strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed targets with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic digital communication tools
