As a Talent & Inclusion Intern, you'll play a hands-on role in advancing our inclusive culture, strengthening our global talent pipeline, and fueling innovation at scale

Your Role

You'll join a high-impact global team driving initiatives at the intersection of early careers, inclusion, and employer branding. During your Internship period of 9 Months you will:

  • Drive Early Careers Engagement: Connect with current interns and early career hires across the region to support their growth and experience.
  • Shape Talent Strategy: Analyze university hiring trends across APAC to identify high-potential partnerships and top talent pipelines.
  • Benchmark Best Practices: Research and report on innovative strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining early career talent.
  • Activate ERGs: Support global employee resource group (ERG) launches, engagement plans, and inclusive programming across regions.
  • Advance Wellbeing: Map the APAC wellbeing landscape and recommend best-in-class initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Deliver Global Insights: Consolidate and share key trends, successes, and opportunities across ERGs in APAC with global leadership.
  • Elevate Employer Brand: Co-create campaigns and activation strategies that position Aptiv as an employer of choice across EMEA and APAC.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Take ownership of quarterly projects tied to branding, engagement, or early careers—and track real results.
  • Spotlight Aptiv: Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and partners that elevate our visibility and voice in the talent marketplace.
  • Communicate Impact: Prepare concise reports, presentations, and updates to showcase project outcomes and progress.

Your Background

  • A graduate or postgraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Curious, collaborative, and driven to make an impact through inclusion and innovation
