Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality education to children aged 2-5 years old.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth in young children.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of preschool-age children.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes child development.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily activities, including circle time, group work, and individualized instruction that support the learning goals and objectives of each child.
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders regarding student needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (minimum 15 years of education).
  • Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Knowledge of child development theory and research-based practices.
